Samsung Galaxy S boasts of a superb camera with HD video recording. Taking that perfect shot isn't easy – especially when you don’t have a flash at your disposal, like on the Galaxy S. However, it’s not all doom and gloom, as you can take an absolute shed-load of different snaps with the Samsung Galaxy S.

We help you learn how to use the Galaxy S camera for some superb multiple shots, panoramic pictures, vintage shots and stop frame animation:

Taking multiple shots

  1. Open camera and switch to Landscape mode.
  2. Select Continuous.
  3. Get everything you want in focus.
  4. Now, take the picture as you normally would.

Take a panoramic picture

  1. Again, put the camera into Landscape mode.
  2. Select Panorama.
  3. Get the desired image in focus.
  4. Take the first picture.
  5. Now, move the device slowly in either direction until it is aligned with the green frame in the viewfinder.
As soon as the image is lined up in the green frame, the camera will automatically take the next shot.
  6. Repeat last step until you've completed your panoramic shot.

Take a vintage shot

  1. Put camera into Landscape mode.
  2. Select Vintage.
  3. Select N symbol to select a colour filter.
  4. Get everything in focus.
  5. Now you can take your photos – in vintage.

Make a stop frame animation

This cool feature allows you to take a series of pictures and create a .gif animation!

  3. Take the photos.
  4. Now, select finish and edit.
