Deccan Franchise is all set to comeback in full force in 2011 DLF IPL. A strong contender, Deccan Chargers won the 2009 title after hitting rock bottom in the previous year series.

While their performance in 2010 was lacklustre, for this year they have undergone major revamp which includes inclusion of Kumar Sangakkara, Cameron White, Kevin Pietersen, Dale Steyn and Dan Christian to name a few, which is a good indication that the Deccan Chargers are raring to go and take back the charge of the series.

Representing the city of Hyderabad, Deccan Chargers is owned by Deccan Chronicle.

The two month long cricket frenzy will see 10 teams play a total of 74 matches at 13 venues over 51 days.
