The Nexus S has a pretty impressive camera, which will allow you to take some pretty cool shots right off the bat. But if you want to have a tinker with the settings, you can, it's very easy.
Here's how:
Open the Camera application and select Settings
You now have the following Settings to play with:
Focus Mode – set the camera to Autofocus (Auto), take rapid pictures (infinitey) or close-ups (Macro)
Exposure – In here you can adjust the lens exposure
Scene Mode – This allows you to boot up pre-set camera settings for special scenes like the beach or a fireworks display
Picture Size – In here you can change the quality of the snaps you'll be taking
Picture Quality – Again, this degrades the image quality so you can store more pictures on your device.
Colour Effect – This applies special colour filters to you lens, such as Black and White and serpia
Restore to Defaults – This reverts your camera back to its default settings, removing any filters or colours that you may have applied.
