Although your phone has no micro SD card it has 8gb of internal memory so you are able to install applications on the phone memory.

Q.How do I use GPS on my phone?

GPS will automatically be enabled for applications that require it. When opening an application that requires GPS, like Maps, there will be a notification asking you to allow the phone to use your location. Simply press OK to enable this function.In the settings, you can toggle whether to enable locations or not by simply pressing START > All apps > settings > location > on

Q.How do I backup my phone?

You can back up your emails, contacts and calendar events by using a Windows Live account, Google account, Yahoo! Account or Outlook account. Simply add any one of these accounts to your phone and you can begin to use that account as your backup solution.To back up your text messages you can look in the marketplace for solutions that fit your needs.

Q. Why there's no actual user manual in the box?

Q. How many exchange server accounts I can setup on the phone?

You can set up multiple exchange accounts. Each mailbox will be a new tile on the main page of the phone.

Q. How do I synchronize my phone with my Google account?

You can sync your contacts, your email and calendar with your Google account. Please tap on START > All apps > Settings > email & accounts > add an account > Google > then enter your Email address and Password. Your sync will begin after you have completed the sync. By default only Email and Contacts are synced. To sync your calendar, simply tap Google in your email & account settings and place a check next to Calendar.

Q. Will I lose all my calendar events, contacts and emails if I have to perform a factory reset?
   
Yes, you will lose your data on the phone. You may backup your data to avoid losing them. Please refer to "How do I back up my phone?" for further information on backing up your phone.


Q. Why does my battery life vary?
   
Battery life may differ depending on how you use your phone. Turning on and using connect options, such as GPRS/3G, GPS and Bluetooth will use up the battery faster, as will long duration calls, camera usage, and internet connection. Batteries are consumable items and should be replaced every eight months to a year.

Q. How do I set a ring tone for incoming calls?

To set a ring tone for incoming calls, please tap on START > All apps > Settings > Ringtones & sounds > Ringtone and select the ringtone of your choice.NOTE: All apps is the arrow pointing to the left on the start menu.
